Position Overview

We are currently hiring a part-time, entry-level Remote Customer Support Representative to join our growing client success team.   • Escalation of Complex Cases: Recognize when an issue requires specialized expertise and route the matter to the appropriate internal department, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuity of care.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of every customer interaction in our CRM system, including case notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions, to support data-driven service improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow representatives, team leads, and cross-functional departments to share insights, troubleshoot patterns, and continuously improve the customer experience.
