[Remote] Data Center Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced Data Center Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles within data center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data center operations and excel at sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced market.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for data center roles, including technicians, engineers, operations managers, project managers, and facilities staff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports
- Stay current on data center labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, must have in data recruited centers, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology
- Familiarity with data center roles such as electrical/mechanical technicians, network engineers, and facilities managers
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have recruitment for data center roles, including technicians, engineers, operations managers, project managers, and facilities staff
- Experience recruiting for large-scale or hyperscale data center projects
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, and background check requirements in data center environments
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different locations
