The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through the recruitment process for live mandates.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality Quant Dev & Software Engineering candidates
- Qualify candidates properly and submit to live mandates
- Manage the process from first conversation through to submission
- Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
Skills
- Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with high-calibre engineers
- Ability to source and engage high-quality Quant Dev & Software Engineering candidates
- Experience managing the recruitment process from first conversation through to submission
- Capability to build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
- Experience as an ex-agency biller or founder
- Experience in placing candidates in quant or software roles
- Ability to work alongside another role or business
- Flexibility and autonomy in work
- Enjoyment in working with high-calibre technical talent
