Regular or Temporary: RegularLanguage Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description: The Compensation Professional I provides analytical and administrative support in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role is responsible for conducting market analyses, assisting with job evaluations, supporting annual compensation cycles, and ensuring internal equity and adherence to compensation guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. ​​• Assist in the administration of compensation programs and processes, including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures.

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using compensation survey data.
  • Support job evaluation activities, ensuring alignment with job architecture and organizational guidelines.
  • Prepare compensation-related reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain compensation data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist with the annual merit, bonus, and salary planning cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal compensation policies.​

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ​​• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • 0–2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR function.
  • Experience with HRIS or compensation management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with market pricing and compensation analysis methodologies.​

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS ​​• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification is preferred.

  • No additional certifications required.​

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS ​​• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Analytical skills to interpret compensation data and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of compensation principles and best practices.​
