About the Role

As a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager within our Automation Innovation team, you will be at the forefront of designing, discovering, and deploying advanced chat automation capabilities. You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, build, and refine conversational AI products that balance short-term impact with long-term strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Discovery: Drive ongoing product discovery initiatives, synthesizing insights from customer data, conversational analytics, industry trends, and technical research to identify opportunities that elevate the customer experience.
  • Define Product Requirements: Translate discovery findings into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers across multiple value streams to deliver products that balance immediate enhancements with long-term strategic investments.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Work with the core product team to define user stories, map product definitions, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, raising any additional research needs to inform future feature design.
  • User Testing and Iteration: Lead user testing initiatives and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation products, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and refining the user experience.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze key performance metrics that indicate product health, crafting clear, data-informed product recommendations to drive iterative improvement.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on end-user needs and business value, while ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the definition and creation of product strategy, roadmap, release plans, and the overall customer experience vision.
